Fons Knopjes (1953) is a forensic document expert, who works for ID ManagementCenter in the Netherlands. Previously he was responsible for the development of more than 20 ID documents at the Ministry of the Interior in the Netherlands. Fons recently evaluated the `identity chain` of an Asian country on behalf of the European Commission. Ineke Ruiter (1951) is a director of ID ManagementCenter. She held the position of deputy project manager during the development and introduction of a new, automated population register, and acted as project manager during the introduction of the new Dutch travel documents.
